What it sees is your Gorgias workspace. Ask AI answers a different question: what your support data means for the business. What is the difference between Gorgias MCP and Ask AI?
Gorgias MCP works inside your helpdesk, with your tickets, tags, rules and AI Agent settings. Ask AI is read-only and cross-references Gorgias with Shopify orders, refunds, reviews and Klaviyo, so you can link support issues to revenue.
Can I use Gorgias MCP and Ask AI together?

Can Ask AI change anything in Gorgias?
